Teeth in a Day is a procedure using TeethXpress®, where we work with experts to design custom dentures secured to dental implants, using advanced technology to restore a full set of upper and/or lower teeth in just one dental visit. These same day dental implants at our Amherst clinic allow our patients to get the beautiful, natural-looking, and functional teeth they desire without having to sacrifice their appearance between visits. Dr. Jammal and his team will work with you to create your custom full arch dental implant, which will effectively replace damaged and decayed teeth.

What Can I Expect During My Teeth in a Day Procedure?

Our Teeth in a Day procedure uses TeethXpress®, which is a denture secured onto dental implants. To start your Teeth in a Day journey, Dr. Jammal will have you come in for a preparatory consultation appointment. At this time, he will create impressions of your mouth, photograph your teeth and smile, use our Itero scanner to get a 3d model of your smile, and start to design your custom set of implant-supported teeth.

On the day of your Teeth in a Day procedure, Dr. Jammal will carefully remove the un-wanted teeth, place the dental implants, and attach your non-removable implants in the same appointment. Dr. Jammal will be happy to go over the specifics of your Teeth in a Day procedure during your private consultation.

From the moment you walk through the door, the entire staff treats you with the utmost respect, kindness, and compassion. You can tell they genuinely care about your comfort and your overall dental health not just getting you in and out the door. They take the time to thoroughly explain every treatment plan, review your options with complete transparency, and make sure you understand exactly what to expect. That level of honesty and attention is hard to find. Today I had to have a tooth extracted, and I can honestly say it was the best dental experience I’ve ever had. Dr. Jammal is incredibly gentle and has an amazing bedside manner. I’ve never had another dentist numb me with Novocaine the way he did. Usually when a dentist says..Just a little pinch. It’s not just a tiny pinch lol but!! With Dr. Jamal, that “tiny pinch” was actually just a tiny pinch. I barely felt it. Before I knew it, my tooth was out. The entire process was quick, smooth, and painless. Throughout the procedure, he constantly checked on me and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way.
His dental hygienist was equally amazing so gentle, patient, and thorough. You can tell everyone on the team genuinely enjoys what they do.
And his dental assistant brought such positive energy into the room! Her charisma and personality instantly made me feel more relaxed and comfortable.
Dr. Jammal is clearly passionate about helping people achieve healthy, beautiful smiles, and it shows not only in the exceptional care he provides but also in the incredible team he has built around him. Every single person I interacted with was professional, caring, and all around absolutely wonderful. This includes the ladies at the front desk! :)
I could go on and on about how great Dr. Jammal and the entire team at Buffalo General Dentistry are. My family has officially found our forever dental care home, and I couldn’t be happier.
